Yoga: supported backbend

Yoga: Supine twists
3 days postop
Active shoulder stretches (e.g. American Cancer Society)
After drains are removed


Core

Pilates lower body
3 days postop
Yoga: fish pose
3 days postop
Pilates foam roller
POD 7


Cardio

walking
immediately
Stationary bike slow
POD 10
Stationary bike speed
POD 13




Strength

Squats against wall/footstool
3 days postop
Squats with weights (if someone else puts it on shoulder)
POD 14
